License Grant

EcoTab offers you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the EcoTab on a single computer or mobile device.

Usage Restrictions

• Reverse engineering, decompiling or disassembling the EcoTab is prohibited.
• Creating modifications or derivative works from the EcoTab is not allowed.
• The EcoTab must not be used for any illegal or unauthorized purposes.
• Altering or removing any copyright, trademark or proprietary notices on the EcoTab is forbidden.

Agreement Termination

EcoTab may end this Agreement at any point if its terms and conditions are violated.

Disclaimer of Warranty and Liability

The Vilarson LTD is provided "as is", with no warranties or guarantees. EcoTab is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the EcoTab.

Indemnity

You agree to protect and hold Vilarson LTD harmless against any claims, damages, liabilities, costs and expenses arising from your use of the EcoTab.

Laws and Jurisdiction

Those Terms is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Vilarson LTD is located. Any disputes related to those Terms will be exclusively resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
